We organise up to 3 local estate agents to value your client’s property, compiling a comprehensive report, with recommendations for a competitive marketing price, sent to you within 24 hrs to discuss your Part Exchange offer with your client.
Step 3: Agree marketing price
Once the Part Exchange deal has been agreed and the reservation has taken place, MME will instruct all agents to market the property on the house builder behalf and in line with their terms and conditions.
Step 4: Market the property
MME manage and drive all elements of the sale providing weekly updates to the house builder of all activity levels and any offers received.
Step 5: Offer received
